How We Plan and Run Your Shoot
Most shoots run two to three hours on site, and the process is built to stay light on your team.
1. Discovery and Scope
We learn which spaces matter most and where the images will be used, working with your corporate office or directly with your on-site team.
2. Pre-Shoot Planning
The shot list comes together around your marketing priorities and your brand's photography guidelines, then we book a window that works with your community's schedule.
3. On-Site Photography
Your photographer captures the busiest shared spaces first and works around residents’ routines, keeping disruption to residents and staff to a minimum. We understand that your photoshoot takes place in residents’ homes, and we approach every space with respect for the people who live there.
4. Delivery
Our in-house editors review every image for lighting, color balance and overall look, and shoots are typically delivered within a week.

How is senior living community photography priced?
Shoots are priced at a flat rate with no recurring costs. What you pay depends on how many spaces are on the shot list and how many communities you’re covering.
What do you need us to do to get ready?
To ensure the best possible photos, we ask that your community is fully cleaned, staged, and photo-ready before our photographer arrives, as our team captures the property as-is and does not provide decluttering services. Please remove any temporary flyers, trash cans, housekeeping tools, and unnecessary personal items from model units and shared amenities. You will also want to ensure all lights and lamps are functioning and turned on to create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
Do you photograph independent living, assisted living and memory care communities?
Yes, along with campuses that combine several levels of care. Each setting gets its own scope and pacing, so the shoot fits how your community actually runs.
Do you offer video or virtual tours as well?
Yes. CS3 also offers videography and custom virtual tours, and both can be scoped alongside a photography shoot for the same community.
